THERAPY U-KNO
Story

Therapy U-KNO is a fun, interactive card game that helps kids, teens, and families explore emotions, positive traits, and coping skills while playing a familiar, fast-paced matching game. Designed by mental-health professionals, Therapy U-KNO combines the excitement of a classic color-and-symbol game with meaningful prompts that encourage self-reflection, empathy, and emotional growth.

Players take turns matching cards by color or symbol — but there’s a twist! Each color represents a different theme:

  • 💛 Signals of Feelings – Identify signs and indicators of your own emotions

  • ❤️Your Feelings – Identify and express your own emotions

  • 💚 Other’s Feelings – Identify how others are feeling

  • 💙 Coping Skills – Identify ways to handle different emotions

Whether played in classrooms, counseling sessions, or at home, Therapy U-KNO opens the door for important conversations in a lighthearted and supportive way. It’s perfect for building social-emotional skills, improving communication, and helping players connect and grow together.
